Winter Field Day is fast approaching on January 28 & 28. We need a coordinator, or team of coordinators, for this. The Coordinator role includes:
- registering CARA as a participant in this years WFD event (already done by VA6RPL Peter)
- learn the Rules and procedures https://winterfieldday.com/rules.php
- at this short notice, a suitable site in Calgary for the CARA WFD group to set up the comm trailer, has tentatively been selected by VA6RPL Peter. Confirmation to follow.
- arranging for CARA's comm trailer to be brought to site, and returned to storage after the event (VA6RPL Peter will do the trucking)
- call for operators to participate in the event. Set up a schedule for operating in the trailer and the tent and post

- other labours of love, as required
