Kenwood TS-700A 2m All-mode Transceiver

    The Kenwood TS-700A is a 2m all mode transceiver FM, LSB, USB, AM and CW modes. Power output may be selected at 1 watts (FM) or 10 watts (FM/SSB/CW), 3 watts AM. It does not generate CTCSS tones therefore repeater use is limited but excellent for many other activities on 2m. The VFO and RF gain made it excellent for radio location during fox hunt exercises. It has an optional module which was there when I bought it. Not sure what it does for sure but my guess is that it may have been added to improve sensitivity.

    It is in great shape and works well. I have the manuals for it also.

    I am asking $250.

    Ahh...nice radio, and that module is a 2 metre to 70 cm all mode transverter. Check it out to see if it still works...be careful you how much power you put into the module, for if I remember correctly, the input power was to be limited to one or two watts...wish I could remember, for I had one of these for 70cm weak signal work hooked up to my Icom IC 211 all mode, which I still have.
