For sale is a highly regarded Drake SW8 "World Band" shortwave receiver. This radio has a built in whip antenna, but for better reception it has both a 50 ohm UHF connector and long wire antenna connectors on the back. It receives from 500 kHz up through 30 MHz, and also the 88-108 MHz FM broadcast band and the 118-137 MHz aircraft band. It includes AM, FM, USB and LSB capability.

Included are:
- Reprinted user manual
- Circuit-Test power supply (no hum with this supply!!)
- A set of D cell batteries for portable use if desired
