Last year Mike assisted our Scout group with HAM communications for the 243 Tuscany Scout group. We met at the CARA clubhouse on Friday night, since the event had not really started in North America yet, they spoke to a lot of HAM operators (who had been scouts in e previous life) but not to a lot of other Scouts. This year the event is in the weekend of October 16 - 18, if possible the Scouts like to organize a meeting on Saturday October 17, or Sunday October 18. Our new Scout Section head, Sarah has been copied on this message and will arrange the logistics.
