What can we say about this interest group?

It include the hams who maintain the  VHF and UHF repeaters and are currently working on a number of projects to expand the linking systems to extend coverage along the number 1 highway from west of Banff through to east of Calgary.

Of course these repeaters are open to all but are primarily used to provide communication for the public service events that we work.

Some members of this group may over sees the ATV repeater on the CFCN tower in the west end of Calgary and is also responsible for the Digital repeaters (digipeaters)  includes APRS on 144.390 (simplex).

They can also direct you to hams interested in  IRLP,  D-Star  and other modes and digital modes in the world above 50megs.
