This is a low-cost loop antenna that operates on 500 kHz thru 30 MHz. It includes a stiff wire loop (needs some sort of support, or hang it), the preamp the loop connects to, RF-174 type coaxial cable (about 25 ft) that goes to an included bias-T supply. The unit is powered by a 5 volt USB connection. The RF connector is an SMA type, so connects easily to many SDR’s.
