I like what the folks from Virginia have been doing ie trainimg up HAM's in Dominca.  I recall our club looking for projects as we are not using our Casino money and we are sending some to FARS.  Sending our best HAM's to a small country to train HAM's for future disasters certainly qualifies as helping our community at large - very large.  Food for thought at least and they must build strong repeaters as it took Maria and kept on working.
