    Popular local HF nets include the Aurora Net on 7.055 MHz LSB (17:30 local time)
    and the Alberta Public Service Net on 3.700 MHz LSB at 19:30 local time). Some are posted elsewhere on this site. I often check into the Aurora net with little trouble even in my car and hear hams from Manitoba to B.C. Both frequencies are monitored as common contact HF channels in AB & BC.

    also Rag chew net Tuesday at 1 pm on VE6RYC

    A Google search for AMATEUR RADIO NETS will also give you some leads

    A Yes. We have set up permissions so Member Directory is invisable unless you are logged in and are a member.
