With the forecast for May 9 being rainy, we've moved forward a week to Tuesday May 16.

Join us for a driving radio direction finding 'fox hunt' on May 16 @ 7:30 PM - meet up at the Club Station 4211 80 Ave NE Calgary. We'll be looking for a transmitter on 146.565 within a short radius of the starting location. We might also have a voice 'beacon' on 146.415. Try out your gear & skills after we did some testing a while ago.

We'll meet up for a short briefing & orientation, then head out to find the 'fox', stopping several times to take bearings. After about an hour, we can meet back at the Club Station for a debriefing & share experiences. Even if you don't have any direction fnding gear, come on out & meet up with someone who has gear to see how they do things.

Sorry, it won't be Zoom compatable as we stop at multiple locations to triangulate the 'fox' location.
