We have booked the Blue Jay Fire Pit at North Glenmore Park from noon till 2:00pm on April 3rd.
Note that they only allow booking from 12:00-2:00pm, or from 4:00-6:00pm.  I guess the 2 hours in between is for exit/arrival.
A preferred site was not available, so this is our best second choice.

This will be a tech event, for people to test out their gear and/or come learn about how the various devices work.
There will be a minimum of 3 Foxes, with a view towards having a minimum of reflections and interference.
1 fox will be visible and used to get started.  The other 2 will be hidden in the park.
