     Gord VE6TI says

We will have a 10.5 meter mast mounted on the front of the trailer that will support a 3 element beam so we should be on the air within an hour of arrival.  We can then get some wire up for 40 and 80 for the night time action. Those operaors staying overnight will be informed of the need to supply their own cot/bedroll and to bring along supplies for the lunch and evening meal and for breakfast the next day.

I am interested in truly portable antennas that are freestanding (don't rely on trees) and can broken-down to fit on the outside or inside of a backpack. I am specifically looking for the most efficient (SWR?), highest gain etc for operating on 20m/40m.
