Postponed CARATELS Meeting

Greetings friends,

Our regularly scheduled CARATELS meeting for Thursday, October 2, 2025 has been postponed until November 6, 2025. We need to find a meeting venue that serves a lunch for 5-6 people for one hour on the first Thursday of each month and has no room rental cost or a very low room rental cost. If you know of such a location, pleased let Nick VA6LEO or Frank VE6ZQ know as asap. Our present location, Forest Lawn Legion, has stopped serving lunch on Thursdays.

In the meantime, may I suggest attending the upcoming QCWA ham meeting to be held at Denny’s Restaurant on Thursday, October 2, 2025.  Location: Denny’s Restaurant at 1804 – 19 St NE, Calgary.  Time: 9:30 am (Eyeball QSOing).  The meeting will start at 10:30 am with a presentation (What happened to HealthKit) to follow. Breakfast/lunch can be ordered before. during, and after our meeting. We try to make our programs exciting for the ladies as well the gents.
