The conference, originally scheduled in conjunction with the Flea Market (cancelled), has been reborn as a webinar.

Place: On line, Zoom meeting (details have been sent to registrants.  If you have not received your email be sure to check the spam and junk filters. ). 

Presentations:

• 8:00 APRS Basics and Messaging, Peter Barry, VA6PJB
  APRS fundamentals for the newbee, followed by the more advanced topic of APRS messaging using radio-to-radio, radio-to-SMS, and radio-to-email

• 9:00 To VNA or Not to VNA, Vince D’Eon, VE6LK
  Join Vince as he shares when a handheld VNA can be used and what you’ll gain from their use.

• 10:00 D-Star Basics, Presenter is John Davis WB4QDX, on behalf of ICOM Canada
  What is D-Star, comparison to other digital modes, equipment required, D-Star repeaters, how to get started, etc., etc.

Presentations will be approximately 45 min with a 5 min Q&A and a 10 min break between sessions.

Open to all. Registration is limited however to a maximum of 100. 

This will be a closed secured webinar. Instructions and password for access will be emailed to all registrants on Friday April 17th.
