CARA DX Club Overview:

CARA DX Club members are interested in a wide range of ham radio pursuits. Everything ranging from HF SSB, CW, and digital modes to simplex communication using VHF / UHF frequencies including satellites. We also manage the club station and our remotes.

Next Meeting : QSLs. Using the Bureau and more!

Sending and receiving QSL cards has been a part of the Ham radio hobby for a long time. Calgary operators have been lucky over the years by having Larry, VE6KC,  assist in running the Alberta QSL bureau and deliver 1000's of cards to local operators. Larry will give us a presentation on QSLs,  the incoming bureau, and how to use the outgoing bureau to save mailing costs and more.

Agenda:

  • Presentation by Larry, VE6KC on QSLs, and the bureau
