This will be a Face-to-Face + ZOOM meeting

See you there !!!

Our Face-to-Face Meeting will be held at

Denny’s Restaurant, 1804 19th Street NE, Calgary, AB T2E 4Y3

This is our regular location.

We have reserved the private function room.

After our meeting at 12 noon, face-to-face participants will order lunch from the restaurant’s menu. The menu order will pay for the use of our meeting room. Don’t be shy. Come and have lunch and yak with our fellow hams.

To join our ZOOM Meeting, please contact our recording secretary Nick VA6LEO at va6leo@gmail.com for our meeting’s ZOOM coordinates. For those on Nick’s Email list, please stay tuned. You will receive the ZOOM coordinates before the end of October 2026.

CARATELS has become the "fun" section of CARA. In no way is the group restricted to grey hair and retirees. Come and attend to have a good time for good laughs, interesting programs, and plenty of time to eyeball and yak with fellow hams. Contact Nick VA6LEO (va6leo@gmail.com) for further information.

See you on Thursday, November 5, 2026 !!!

Welcome !!!

The Kananaskis Rally is fast approaching!

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2026!

Please click below to access the Event Site which has all of the information that we currently have available.

CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO AND TO VOLUNTEER!!

We're changing a few things up this time around. For simplicity CARA volunteers will register on our site instead of a joint site with CSCC. IF you receive an email link from CSCC please do not register on their site. The CARA link is available from our Event Site. The site will be your single source of truth for all current information regarding the rally.

Once you register you will be joined to a Google Group for the event. All updates to the Event Site and further information will be posted to the group. There will be no links in emails, so no searching for information. Everything will be updated on the site and you will be advised of changes made at the time they are made. Please only pull documents from the event site to ensure you have the most current versions of everything.

Please contact: rallyteam@caraham.org if you have questions!

Please remember, this is one of the three rallies that we provide radio support for the CSCC that pays our yearly rent for the club station!

YOUR VOLUNTEER TIME IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!

Lunch will be provided during the event, as well as a banquet afterwards!!
